Site Inspection Required means we will need to confirm we are able to build on your block. You will need to provide some details about your block, and we may need to send one of our construction managers out to take a closer look.
Yes. We are home builders in Sydney, Hunter, Central Coast and the Illawarra of NSW. As long your land is within the build areas outlined above, we can build a new home on your own land. Our team can help you choose a design that suits your lifestyle, and site it so that your block is used cleverly and efficiently. We excel at solutions for small lots.
Tempo Living has the fastest preconstruction process in NSW, and we guarantee a 10-week site start. We can offer this because our preconstruction timeframe is cleverly simplified in two ways. Firstly, our processes are streamlined, and that will save you more than $22,000 in avoidable costs such as mortgage repayments and rent. Secondly, we ask you to choose everything upfront and don’t send you to myriad appointments to choose tiles, bricks and colours. Choices are made in the display home, where you can see and touch all the cohesive options.
We offer market-leading guarantees that ensure you will have a build time of 20 weeks (single storey) or 26 weeks (double storey). There are a few qualifying conditions that need to be met, and you can find them in our T&Cs. For standard blocks, there should not be a variation to that build time. Our building process is simple and stress free..
