Upon paying your tender request fee, we will confirm the date of your tender acceptance meeting. This will occur within 10 business days of receiving your tender request documents or we will refund your fee. No ambiguity, only certainty. That is our guarantee to you.
Upon signing your building contract, we will confirm the on-site start date to commence building your new home. No stalling, no delays. Only certainty. That is our guarantee to you.
Upon commencing construction, we will confirm the completion date for your new home. No confusion, no waiting. Only certainty. That is our guarantee to you. (Please note, 20-week build time applies to single-storey dwellings. Double-storey home build time is 26 weeks.

Tempo living’s home build pre-construction process, in six easy steps
Curious about the stages and how long it takes to build a house in NSW? You’ve come to the right place. The first step involves all the big decisions (and it’s the most fun!). This is where you choose how you want your home to look and function. You kick things off by choosing your Tempo Living home design, facade, floor plan, inclusion options, and internal and external colour selections. You can see and touch all the options at our display homes.
We make sure that everything is in order and commit to deliver on our guarantees of a 10-day tender, 10-week time to site and 20-week build time*. You will be given an estimate of cost, and will pay the Tender Request Fee.

Our team gets to work. Tempo Living will complete site investigation reports, and prepare and present your guaranteed fixed price tender and application plans. From here, you’ll know exactly what you are paying, exactly what you are paying for and exactly when you will be moving in. You pay your Tender Acceptance Fee.
Tempo Living will prepare building approval documents and present the Home Building Agreement to you. That’s a fancy way of saying we will prepare all your contracts and paperwork, and you sign a contract with us. You will then pay your contract deposit. This is the deposit on your home build.
Tempo Living obtain building approvals and complete construction documentation. You will need to provide an Authority to Commence Construction from your lending authority. This is a letter from your finance provider that confirms you have finance.
We begin construction of your Tempo Living home! You will receive regular updates from your Tempo Living site manager.

You just choose the Designer Selection that best suits your taste and lifestyle, and we will deliver you a home that is guaranteed to look like you’ve spent a fortune consulting an interior designer.

With other builders, you may make your selection at a colour studio, confirm what you like, and then the builder may take a few weeks to come back to you with a price. If that price is above what you want to pay, you must go through the whole process again. At Tempo Living, we can guarantee the price and the product on the spot.
