About Tempo Living
Although the Tempo Living brand is new to the market, the team behind it is not. We have decades of experience that rivals Australia’s largest building groups, and have been creating innovative, functional and efficient designs and delivering quality construction since 1980. Our director, Martin Apap, has led some of the country’s largest building groups – including Rawson Homes and Burbank Homes. Our construction director, Michael Gremmo, is the founder of Gremmo Homes, one of Australia’s most successful custom building groups.
Trust is the backbone of our business and we are completely transparent in all of our procedures. There are no smoke and mirrors: we don’t hide costs, our pricing is upfront and honest, and our service is personal.

Our story
We started Tempo Living, in 2018, because we knew the home building process could be done better. We knew it could be easier, and we knew it could be faster. And by faster, we don’t mean speedy and shoddy building; we mean the pre-construction process. We knew it could be streamlined to save people time and money, and that’s what we’ve done at Tempo Living. Our processes are efficient and simple, and that saves people money.
Our vastly experienced management team has proven, award-winning results in both the home building and development fields, as well business management and customer service. We have the accumulated knowledge to ensure that your building process will be managed efficiently, and that we will deliver a building experience that will exceed your expectations.
Tempo Living is owned privately and holds a Residential Builders’ license in New South Wales and is classified as a Major Builder. We are also a member of the Housing Industry Australia (HIA). Our head office is located in North Western Sydney.
