We have five Colour Palettes to choose from, curated by our in-house interior designer and we call them our Designer Selections: Vogue, Coastal, Natural, Luxe and Contemporary. We know creating a cohesive colour selection for your house can be overwhelming, so we have done the hard work for you. That’s why our interior designer has created looks that are elegant, functional, and timeless, and the streamlined selection process means we save you hours in endless appointments and you can move into your new home sooner. Our display home colour schemes mean what you see is what you’ll get: it’s like having your own personal home stylist, minus the hefty cost.

Coastal
Our Coastal Designer Selection has tones of fresh white with touches of soft grey that allow you to follow your muse with your styling and furniture choices. It’s bright and airy, so you can experience your own piece of summer all year round.
Contemporary
Our Contemporary Designer Selection is a modern take on the Hamptons style. These selections reflect a mix of light greys, elements of black for contrast and whites. It is light, clean and classic making the perfect blank canvas.
Luxe
Our Luxe Designer Selection is just that: bold and luxurious. Sleek black tones contrast with whites through the introduction of distinctive textures and finishes. Metallic finishes add that extra touch of luxury to this interior house colour scheme.
Natural
Our Natural Designer Selection is all about blending warm whites with natural timber tones to create a relaxed, bohemian atmosphere. Neutral, warm and natural – design inspiration that is never out of style.
Vogue
Our Vogue Designer Selection is a contemporary fusion of dark and light tones, with added warmth brought in from earthy elements such as timber. This interior colour scheme is bought to life by using a mixture of both light and dark greys, black trims and contemporary styling pieces.
An easy, four-step selection process
Our selection process is different from most – it’s curated and easy, upfront, it’s not overwhelming, and the look you choose will work in every room because our interior designers created them (and thought of everything!). Our display home colour schemes are exactly what you’ll get in your home, so you can rest assured you know what the end product will look like.
The fun starts straight away where you will select your internal + external Designer Selections with our sales team at one of our Display Homes. Here you will be able to see and feel all your options. A perk of selecting your colours upfront is you will have access to complimentary upgrades including two-tone cabinetry to kitchen, feature tile to shower niches and feature render or feature brick to facade.
Once you have signed your contract, you will be provided with a fully detailed selection schedule outlining any tender upgrades and your colour selections. At this stage Tempo Living will schedule your electrical appointment with our electrical designer to finalise your electrical upgrades + plan.
Here, we finalise your Designer Selection colour schedules and sign off on your electrical plan Please note, any changes at this stage will be added as a variation.
Your Designer Selections are good to go and our team can now get your final home design approved by council. Time to sit back, relax and dream about styling choices for your future home.

Our Tempo Living selection process has been refined so that you can progress through the pre-construction process in no time. We understand that you want to commence building as soon as possible, so that you can move in and enjoy your new home. To assist you throughout the interior colour scheme selection process for your house, we have created a range of designer selection boards that you can touch and feel as well as graphic renderings of your home design.
When you build with Tempo Living, you can be assured that:
- Your selection options have been curated by our interior designers to ensure that they are on trend, timeless and functional. You’ll have the expert knowledge of a personal home stylist, minus the hefty cost
- Your selections will be completed in an efficient and timely manner, with no delay. No driving around looking at multiple showrooms. If you see it on offer at our display homes, it’s available to you.
- You will be able to touch, feel and visualise your selection options at our display homes.
- You’ll have access to inspiring styling and furnishing ideas – created by our interior designers – that are tailored to your interior selection.
