Every new Tempo Living home comes with a roof made from Colorbond® steel.
A roof made from Colorbond® steel
Tested and refined for over 50 years in some of Australia’s most challenging environments. Inspired by the natural colours and forms of its most unique landscapes. Lived in and relied on by generations of Australians, past and future.
Colorbond® steel undergoes corrosion testing, durability testing, application testing and outdoor exposure testing. As part of the assessment program, there are over 12,000 panels on exposure across Australia.
All COLORBOND® steel contains recycled content and the steel itself in COLORBOND® steel is 100% recyclable. Thermatech ® solar reflectance technology is designed to reflect more of the sun’s heat on hot sunny days.
The base is coated in BlueScope’s industry leading metallic coating incorporating Activate® technology*, to provide enhanced corrosion resistance.
Simple maintenance of COLORBOND® steel by regular washing with clean, fresh water will not only prolong its life but also maintain its attractiveness for longer periods thus protecting your asset.
